Morld

1. Sponsor

This activity is sponsored and operated by Morld Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

2. Relationship with Apple

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of this activity and is not involved in it in any manner.

3. Eligibility

Open to registered Morld members. Minors must obtain prior consent from a legal guardian.

4. Entry and cost

1. No money is required to participate. MP is an in-app virtual point that cannot be purchased with money by any means; it can only be obtained for free through walking, achievements, sign-up rewards and similar activities.

2. Entry requires committing MP, which is handled under Section 5.

5. Treatment of MP

1. If your vote does not match the winning side, the MP you committed is not returned.

2. If your vote matches, your committed MP is retained in full and you receive a reward based on the accuracy of your vote; the total is guaranteed to be no less than the amount you committed.

3. A platform service fee of 10% applies to the total MP of non-matching entries only, and is charged solely from that portion. No fee is charged on the committed MP of matching entries.

4. If no participant matches the winning side, all participants are returned 90% of the amount committed.

6. Changes and cancellation

Before the closing time you may freely change or cancel your vote, and the MP committed is returned in full. No changes are permitted after closing.

7. Determination of results

Results are determined by the official final score of the match. Margin intervals are determined from that score.

8. Full refund (no service fee)

1. The match is cancelled or postponed, or no final score is obtained within the grace period.

2. A knockout match is decided by a penalty shootout or extra time.

3. In motorsport events, a competitor withdraws and the corresponding option becomes void.

9. Nature of MP

MP is an in-app virtual point. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be exchanged for MToken, and cannot be transferred to another person.

10. General

The Company reserves the right to amend these rules to the extent permitted by law. Amendments will be published in the app and on the official website.
