More Than Just a Map
Morld's map isn't a navigation tool — it's a living, breathing community canvas. Every walk you take paints your route on the map, creating a personal heatmap of your walking history. But the real magic happens when you explore the community features built on top of it.
Understanding the Heatmap
Your walking routes are color-coded based on frequency:
- Blue: Walked once — new territory!
- Yellow: Walked twice — becoming familiar
- Red: Three or more times — your regular route
This visual feedback encourages exploration. Try to "paint" new areas blue while maintaining your favorite red routes.
Landmark Rewards
Scattered across the map are special landmarks marked with fire emojis. These are community-designated points of interest where you can:
- Post articles or photos to earn bonus coins
- Read posts from other walkers who've been there
- Unlock location-based achievements
- Discover hidden reward multipliers
The most rewarding walks combine exercise, exploration, and community engagement. Plan your routes to hit multiple landmarks for maximum earnings.
Sharing Your Routes
After completing a walk, you can share your route with the community. Other Morld users can see popular routes in their area, discover new walking paths, and even follow your exact route. It's like having a local walking guide in every neighborhood.
Community Engagement
The map is also home to community articles and voting. Users post about interesting locations, share fitness tips specific to certain areas, and vote on community initiatives. It transforms solitary walking into a connected experience.
