Getting Started

Morld is a health platform that combines AI-powered fitness training with a walk-to-earn rewards system. You can learn correct exercise form through AI pose comparison, watch professional coaching videos, track your daily walking routes, and convert your steps into Health Coins redeemable for platform rewards.

Morld supports both iOS and Android. Search for "Morld" on the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android) to download for free. We recommend iOS 15 / Android 8.0 or above for the best experience.

Open the app and tap "Sign Up", enter your email address, and verify it via the confirmation email to complete registration. No password setup required.

After registering, complete your profile (height, weight, fitness goals), then grant location and pedometer permissions so the app can track your walks. Head to the "Map" tab to start earning coins by walking.

Core features — walk to earn, map tracking, and community — are completely free. Advanced features like AI pose comparison, offline training, and high-resolution skeletal analysis require a VIP subscription starting at NT$288/month.

Walk to Earn

Simply open Morld with location and pedometer permissions enabled — the app automatically records your steps in the background. Every 20,000 steps earns approximately 0.02 Health Coins (actual rate depends on your plan). Coins are credited after the daily settlement.

Free users can earn coins for up to 20,000 steps per day; VIP users have no daily step limit. Steps above the free limit are not counted, so we recommend building a consistent daily walking habit to maximize your earnings.

Please check the following: 1) Morld has "Always On" location access and pedometer permissions; 2) Battery saver mode is not restricting Morld from running in the background; 3) Your device has an active network connection. If the issue persists, try force-closing and reopening the app, or contact customer support.

Accumulated Health Coins can be redeemed in the Morld Store for digital goods, subscription discounts, partner brand coupons, and community event prizes. We are continuously partnering with more brands to expand redemption options.

The Hot Spot Map is a signature Morld feature. Routes you have walked are color-coded on the map: blue for once, yellow for twice, and red for three or more times.

Certain locations on the map display a flame animation. Walking near them and posting allows you to trigger bonus coins or surprise rewards. Open the "Map" tab to discover nearby reward points and plan your route to earn more.

Referral Program

Every Morld user has a unique referral link. When a friend downloads the app through your link and completes their first walk, you receive an earnings boost and your friend receives a welcome bonus. The more friends you refer, the higher your multiplier.

After a successful referral, your daily walking coin earnings receive a multiplier boost. Regular users can earn up to a 10% boost, while Influencer plan users can achieve up to 100% boost. Referred friends enjoy a 10% coin bonus for 14 days.

The two plans differ in earnings multipliers. The Regular plan gradually increases your boost as you accumulate more referrals (up to 10%). The Influencer plan is designed for creators with large followings and can achieve up to 100% earnings multiplication. See the "Referral Program" page for full details.

Referral earnings are calculated alongside your daily step settlement and are typically credited in the early hours of the following day. You can view your earnings breakdown and cumulative total on the "Referral Program" page.

Go to "Referral Program" in the left main menu to find your unique referral link. You can copy the link directly or share a screenshot with friends.

Subscription & Payment

We currently offer three plans: Personal Monthly (NT$288/month, minimum 3 months), Annual (better value), and Professional (NT$688/month with higher quotas and advanced features). All plans include offline analysis, high-resolution processing, unlimited usage, and cross-device access.

Upgrade by selecting a plan on the "Plan" page in the app. To cancel, contact customer support before the 1st of the billing month (billing occurs on the 15th). Cancellations after this date will take effect the following billing cycle.

We currently support credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and convenience store code payments in Taiwan. Contact customer support for other payment inquiries.

If you cannot use the service due to a system error after your first subscription, contact customer support within 3 days to request a refund review. In general, fees for consumed subscription months are non-refundable — please review the plan details before subscribing.

Yes, subscriptions auto-renew on the 15th of each month. To stop renewal, contact customer support before the 1st of that month. Once cancellation is confirmed, no further charges will be made, but you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.

Account & Support

For now, please contact customer support to request profile changes. We are working on adding a self-service profile editing feature in the app — thank you for your patience.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email or phone number. The system will send a reset link or verification code. Follow the instructions to reset your password. If you still have trouble, please contact customer support.

Account suspensions are typically due to violations of community guidelines (e.g., inappropriate content, fraudulent step counting). After receiving a suspension notice, you can submit an appeal via customer support email. The team will review your case and restore the account if the suspension was in error.

To delete your account, contact customer support (nigen.wu@morld.com.tw) with your account email and reason for deletion. Once deleted, all data — including step records, Health Coins, and subscriptions — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please confirm before submitting your request.
